Sarah Seeger and Stephanie Wilcox were named All-GPAC honorable mentions today by the GPAC women's soccer coaches. Seeger are Wilcox are both junior defenders for Northwestern. The Red Raiders finished the 2009 season with a 3-13-1 overall record and they went 3-8-1 in GPAC games.
Seeger, a junior from Apple Valley, Minnesota, started all 17 games for the Raiders and made five shots this season. She was named an NAIA Scholar Athlete last season.
Wilcox, a junior from Lincoln, Nebraska, started all 17 games this season and had two shots. Wilcox has made 33 starts in her Northwestern career and has appeared in 50 career games.
