Northwestern was outshot 28-14 but only gave up one goal in Tuesday afternoon's match with Briar Cliff. The Red Raiders fell to 0-6-1 overall and 0-2-1 in GPAC play.
Goalkeeper Jenni Cantwell made 12 saves and Katy Phillips had a team high four shots for Northwestern. The Raiders have not scored a goal this season and will look to net their first shot on Saturday versus Nebraska Wesleyan at DeValois Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 pm.
