Northwestern (7-7, 2-3) hosts Briar Cliff (1-4-1, 1-3) at 7:00 p.m. in a GPAC wrestling dual in the Bultman Center on the campus of Northwestern College. Northwestern wrestlers last took the mat at the Briar Cliff Inivite, where DJ Jackson and Lamar Reed were crowned champions. Three other Red Raider grapplers competed this weekend. Sophomore Martin Beeler finished in second place with a 3-1 mark at 197. Beeler recorded three victories by decision but lost in the finals, 6-3, to Tyler Phipps. David Carter finished with a 2-2 record at 165 while Clay Wakefield went 0-2 at 149. This is the final dual for Northwestern and they will next compete in the GPAC Championships on Feb. 16th.
