Red Raiders Conclude Regular season At Midland

Game Time...Northwestern College will play Midland in the final match of the regular season on Monday, April 28 at noon. Please note: the match will now be played in Fremont, Neb. due to the windy and wet conditions in Orange City. Northwestern is 4-2 in the GPAC, 7-7 overall and Midland is tied with Concordia for sixth place in the conference at 1-5,3-6 overall. 

All-Time...Northwestern leads the all-time series 16-5, including an 8-1 victory over Midland last year. 

Midland News and Notes...The Warriors are tied with Concordia for sixth place in the GPAC, sharing the final spot in the GPAC tournament with one match left to be played. They are 1-5 in the conference, 3-6 overall. 

Justin Bigsby is in his 11th season as the head coach of both the men's and women's tennis teams. He returns five players off a 2013 team that finished 0-7 in the GPAC, 0-12 overall. 

Northwestern News and Notes...The Red Raiders are currently tied with Doane for third in the GPAC with a 4-2 record, 7-7 overall. (Northwestern earned a 9-0 win BY Forfeit over Mount Marty). The top six teams earn a spot in the upcoming GPAC Championship, hosted by Midland in Fremont, Neb.
