The women's golf team heads to Lincoln, Nebr. for the GPAC Championships today and tomorrow. Northwestern is coming off of a third place finish at the Briar Cliff Lila Frommelt Classic in Sioux City. They were led by two top ten finishers; Melissa Hisel and Carrie Spree. Paige Kleinwolterink and Kelsey Shiflett also finished in the top twenty, both tying for 15th.
So far this season Northwestern has finished fourth of 13 at the Northwestern Invite, second of eight at the Hastings Invitational, fifth of 10 at the GPAC Preview Meet, and third of nine at the Briar Cliff Lila Frommelt Classic.
The two day event in Lincoln will feature 11 teams from the GPAC.
