Women's golf to host meet today

The Northwestern Women's Golf team will be hosting the Northwestern Invite today, where 65 women hit the links.  The meet will feature Northwestern's junior varsity and varsity squads, along with teams from Briar Cliff University, Morningside College, Dana College, University of Sioux Falls, Wayne State College, Buena Vista University, Midland Lutheran College, Concordia (Nebr.) University, and Dakota Wesleyan University.  The meet will be the first for Northwestern's varsity squad.  Playing as an individual at the Dakota Wesleyan Invite, Melissa Hisel medaled by shooting an 87.  She finished in ninth place Tuesday afternoon.  Tee-time is set for 1:00 p.m. at Landsmeer Golf Club in Orange City.
