“Rylee is a great addition to our volleyball program,” commented Head Coach Kyle Van Den Bosch. “She hits with great velocity and has the ability to hit from multiple hitting zones. Rylee had a superb senior season and we are excited that she has chosen NWC to continue her volleyball career and education.”
An all-conference post player as a junior, Hulstein averaged 10 points and nine rebounds in 2006-07. This season, she is averaging a team-best 17.7 points and 8.6 rebounds per game for the Warriors who are 10-4 so far this season.
“Rylee is a strong, competitive post player who has seen great improvement in her game during the last two year,” said Head Coach Earl Woudstra. “She has become a real force in the paint this season. Rylee is an outstanding person with great character and we look forward to having her join us at Northwestern.”
