Rylee Hulstein (Sioux Center, Iowa) has signed letters of intent to continue her volleyball and basketball careers at Northwestern College beginning in the fall of 2008.Hulstein.jpg) Hulstein, the daughter of Murray and Fonda, is a 6’0” outside/middle hitter for Sioux Center High School. Hulstein earned all-conference honors two consecutive years and earned first team all-state honors her senior year. She led the Warriors with a .334 attack percentage and 4.2 kills per game this past season as the Warriors finished with a 34-7 overall record. Hulstein totaled 65 blocks, 55 ace serves, served 93% and averaged 2.4 digs per game. “Rylee is a great addition to our volleyball program,” commented Head Coach Kyle Van Den Bosch. “She hits with great velocity and has the ability to hit from multiple hitting zones. Rylee had a superb senior season and we are excited that she has chosen NWC to continue her volleyball career and education.”
