Kristen Humphrey (Lincoln, Neb.) has signed a letter of intent to continue her volleyball career at Northwestern College next fall.

The daughter of Patrick and Lori, Humphrey is a 5’7” setter who played three years for Lincoln Christian High School. She recorded 391 assists, 152 digs and served 94% with 28 aces her senior year. Humphrey earned all-conference honors for two consecutive seasons and earned honorable mention all-state accolades as a senior. In addition, Humphrey earned the Sertoma Award for outstanding performance in volleyball. A great student who is a member of the National Honor Society, Humphrey plans to major in math at Northwestern.

“Kristen possesses outstanding Christian character and has a real passion for the game of volleyball,” commented Head Coach Kyle van den Bosch. “She will add depth to our setters group and we look forward to her contributions on and off the court.”
