Randa Hulstein earned all-tournament honors at the 2009 NAIA Volleyball National Championship as announced by the NAIA on Saturday, Dec. 5. The event was played at the 
Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa. The senior middle hitter from Sioux Center, Iowa, totaled 52 kills in four matches, hitting over nearly 30% at the tournament. She also registered 10 blocks, nine ace serves and 40 digs.
Northwestern, the third seed in the 24-team field, swept through its pool c match-ups with a 3-0 record but lost in the Elite Eight for 19th-ranked Lee University (Tenn.) 3-1. The Raiders finished the season with a 36-3 overall record.
