The Red Raiders have earned the fourth seed in the upcoming Region III tournament which will be played this weekend (Nov. 16-17) at Sioux Falls Christian High School. Northwestern, with a 27-8 overall record, is paired with top-seeded Dickinson State and fifth-seed Dordt in pool A. The other three teams, second-seed National American, third seeded Morningside and sixth-seed Hastings are in pool B.
Coach Van Den Bosch's squad will play Dordt College on Friday, Nov. 16, at 9:00 am in the first match of the tournament. They will then play Dickinson State at 5:00 pm on Friday afternoon. The top two teams in the pool will move on to play in the consolation/championship matches on Saturday at 4/6:00 pm.
