Abraham Klafter (Norfolk, Neb.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his track and field career at Northwestern College next year. Klafter

Klafter is a 5’8” hurdler and middle distance runner who earned two letters while running for Norfolk High School. He qualified for state his senior year in the 300m hurdles and boasts a personal best of 42.1 in the event. Klafter also holds a personal best of 55 seconds in a 400m split. A member of the principal’s list, Klafter plans to major in chemistry at Northwestern. He is the son of Mark and Shirley.

“Abraham will have a positive impact on our team and the Northwestern campus community,” commented head track and field coach Nate Wolf. “I’m excited that he will compete for us next spring.”
