Jeremy Sheppard (Golden Valley, Minn.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his track and field career at Northwestern College. Sheppard will also play football for the Red Raiders.

Sheppard earned seven all-conference and one all-state awards in track and field. The three-year letter winner was a member of a 4x200 relay team which placed third at the state meet. Sheppard was also a member of the 4x100 relay team and ran in the sprinting events. An honors student, Sheppard plans to major in athletic training at Northwestern. He is the son of Kevin and Lois.

“I’m excited Jeremy has decided to join our track and field program,” commented Head Coach Nate Wolf. “He is a very hard worker and will provide depth in the sprints and relays.”
