Charity Miles, a junior from Thedford, Neb., placed 10th overall in the finals of the 3000m at the 2010 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships held at the Memorial Center in Johnson City, Tenn. Miles was clocked with a time of 10:21.8, nearly four seconds faster than her semifinal time of 10:25.1. She finished just 1.5 seconds behind the ninth place runner and 10 seconds in back of eighth place. Jacky Kipwambok (Azusa Pacific) won the race with a time of 9:45.72.
