Jackie Brooks (Sioux Falls, S.D.) has signed a letter of intent to continue her track and field career at Northwestern College next year.
Brooks is a 5’5”sprinter and jumper who lettered four years for Sioux Falls Christian High School. The daughter of Gene and Janice, Brooks placed fourth at the state meet in the pole vault in both her sophomore and junior years. Her personal bests are 10’6” in the pole vault, 33’11” in the triple jump and 63 seconds in the 400m. Brooks was an honorable mention member of the Honors Society for four years.
“I’m very excited Jackie has decided to join our track and field program,” commented Head Coach Nate Wolf. “She will impact our team with both her athletic ability and her outstanding character. Jackie will compete very well in the sprints, triple jump and pole vault next year.”
