Ashley Evans (Remsen, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career at Northwestern College for the 2008-09 season.

Evans earned three letters while playing centerfield for Remsen St. Mary’s. The daughter of Lance and Kim, Evans hit .319 with 10 doubles and two home runs last season and is the school’s all-time leader in double and home runs. Evans earned all-conference honors for the third consecutive season last year. She plans to major in political science and pre-law at Northwestern.
