Swanson Named GPAC Player of the Week

Lizz Swanson was named the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Softball Player of the Week for her efforts last weekend versus Hastings College and College of St. Mary. Swanson hit .571 for the week and belted four home runs.  Northwestern went 2-2 in the four games over the weekend.  Swanson drove in 12 runs in the four games and scored six times for the Red Raiders.  Northwestern is 8-8 overall and will play at Simpson College on Thursday and at Grand View on Friday.
