Junior Andy Janssen and sophomores Brad White and Tyler Sytsma have been named first team all-GPAC players for their efforts in the 2007 men's soccer season. Forward Brad White, from Colorado Springs, Colo. earned 2nd team all-GPAC in 2006, midfielder Andy Janssen, from Sioux Falls, S.D. earned 2nd team all-GPAC honors in 2005 and 2006, and defender Tyler Sytsma from Littleton, Colo. also earned 2nd team all-GPAC in 2006. Senior Blake Wieking, a 2006 All-American and 2nd team all-GPAC player, was named to the 2nd team for the third straight season.
Senior Brian Springer was named an honorable mention all-GPAC along with Steven Grand, Aaron O'Brien, and freshman goalkeeper Ben Schneider. Northwestern finished tied for second in the conference and will move on to the Region III Tournament next week in Hastings, Nebr.
