Luke Vermeer, a junior from Sioux Center, Iowa, earned all-conference honors for his play during this past golf season as announced by the GPAC earlier today. It is the third straight year that he received the honor.
Vermeer led the Raiders with a 76.2 stroke average and finished in the top 10 in six events this past season, including medalist honors in the Red Raider Invite last fall. Vermeer placed in the top 25 in 12 of his 13 starts and finished seventh in the four-round GPAC Championship.
The men's golf team finished its season on April 28 in the final round of the GPAC Championship where the Raiders finished sixth out of 11 teams.
