No. 4 Northwestern College returns to action on Wednesday night, Jan. 18, when they host No.24 Briar Cliff for a GPAC match-up.
No. 4 Northwestern College converted seven of its final nine field goal attempts to spark a late first half run to break away from upset-minded Mount Marty 87-67 in a conference match-up played tonight in Yankton, S.D.
Northwestern College held down the No.4 spot in the Jan. 10 edition of the NAIA Division II Men's Basketball coaches' poll released earlier today by the national office.
Colton Kooima poured in a game-high 33 points and Nathan Wedel scored 18 of his 23 points in the second half in leading No.4 Northwestern College to a 103-83 win over No.12 Dakota Wesleyan in a GPAC showdown between ranked teams.
No. 4 Northwestern College had its 17-game win streak come to a screeching halt with a 98-84 road loss to No. 20 Midland in a conference match-up played tonight in Fremont, Neb.
