Northwestern won their fourth straight game with a 93-82 non-conference win over Viterbo University (Wis.). Coach Korver's squad improved to 10-2 overall and are in third place in the GPAC with a 3-1 mark.

The Red Raiders trailed by three, 22-19, but went on a 14-2 run, capped by a three pointer by Curt Schilling, to take the lead for good, 33-24 with 5:29 to go in the first half. Leading by five at the half (38-33), Northwestern began the second half on an 18-6 run, again capped by a Schilling three pointer, to take a 56-39 lead. They grabbed their biggest lead with 9:17 to go, 70-50, on a three point play by Mark DeYounge.

Northwestern shot 61% from the floor (36/59) and converted 47% of their three point attempts (9/19). Curt Schilling scored a game-high 32 points and grabbed four rebounds to lead NWC. The senior guard went 12/14 from the floor and made 7/8 three point attempts. Chad Schuiteman recorded his eighth double-double of the season with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Mark DeYounge was the third NWC player in double figures with 12 points.

The Red Raiders have two weeks off over the Christmas break before they head to California to play in the Holy Names Classic on Dec. 29 and Dec. 31.
