Walker Seim (Garwin, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Northwestern College beginning in the fall of 2008.

The son of Tim and Jan, Seim is a 6’3” guard for East Marshall High School. The three-year letter winner earned first team all-conference and all-area honors after averaging 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists as a junior. Seim also earned academic all-conference honors and is a member of the National Honor Society. He plans to major in accounting at Northwestern.

“We are excited to have Walker join the Red Raider family,” commented Head Coach Kris Korver. “He is an excellent shooter with a good feel for the game. Walker will be a tremendous asset to our basketball program and the entire Northwestern community. It will be fun to watch him grow as both a player and a leader during his years as a Red Raider.”
