Tim Vermeer (Sioux Center, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Northwestern College next year.

Vermeer Vermeer is a 6’0” guard who lettered three seasons for Sioux Center High School. The son of Wade and Barb, Vermeer averaged 10 points, four rebounds and two assists per game as a senior. He earned third team all-conference honors and helped lead his team to a 12-11 record. An honor roll student who will also be a member of the Red Raider football team, Vermeer plans to major in education at Northwestern.

“Tim is a tremendous young man with incredible character,” commented Head Coach Kris Korver. “He is a hard worker and excellent role model from an outstanding high school program. We look forward to having Tim as part of the Red Raider basketball program.”
