Schuiteman to Play in Collegiate Basketball Invitational
Chad Schuiteman (Sioux Center, Iowa) has been invited to and will take part in the Collegiate Basketball Invitational held April 24-26  in Wadsworth, Ohio. This is the most prestigious event for college basketball seniors in the country from the NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and the NAIA levels. Schuiteman is one of just 64 players invited to participate in this year's event from approximately 1,000 colleges and universities throughout the country.

Red Raiders Sign Three to Join Men's Basketball Program
Alex Huisken (Chandler, Minn.), Ryan Stock (Sheffield, Iowa) and Tim Vermeer (Sioux Center, Iowa) have signed letters of intent to play basketball at Northwestern College next year.

Three NWC Men's Basketball Players Earn Scholar Athlete Honors
Three members of the 2007-08 Northwestern men's basketball team earned NAIA Scholar Athlete honors this past season. Senior Mark DeYounge and juniors T.J. Philips and Robben Schat received the honor as announced by the NAIA.

Tyler Westphal (Le Mars, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Northwestern College beginning in the fall of 2008.

Schuiteman Earns NABC/State Farm All-American Honors
Chad Schuiteman, a senior forward from Sioux Center, Iowa, was named to the 2008 State Farm NAIA Men's Basketball All-America Team as announced by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).
