Jordan Jousma (OakLawn, Ill.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College next year.
Jousma is a 6’0”, 195-pound linebacker and offensive lineman who lettered four years for Chicago Christian High School. He posted 68 tackles, 12 for a loss, 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles his senior year. Jousma earned all-conference honors and was named player-of-the-week twice. He plans to major in chemistry at Northwestern and is the son of Dave and Kris.
“Jordan is a young man that will add depth at the linebacker position,” commented head coach Kyle Achterhoff. “He recorded a lot of tackles and was a valuable play-maker on defense throughout his high school career. We look forward to seeing what Jordan will do as a Red Raider.”
