Sep 29	Red Raiders Move Up to 11th in This Week's NAIA Poll Fresh off their 54-14 win over Dana College, the Northwestern football team moved up two spots in this week's NAIA rating. The Red Raiders are just outside the top 10, coming in 11th, and joining three other GPAC teams in the top 25.

The 13th-ranked Red Raiders improve to 3-1 overall while the Vikings fall to 1-3.
Sep 25	Northwestern Hosts Dana on Saturday For Homecoming Northwestern plays host to Dana in the annual Homecoming game in GPAC football action this afternoon on Korver Field at De Valois Stadium. The Red Raiders are tied for 13th in this week’s NAIA rankings with a 2-1 record, one of four GPAC teams in the top 25. Dana comes in with a 1-2 overall record.

Northwestern improves to 2-1 on the season, while the host Prairie Wolves fall to 0-3. With the win, Head Coach Orv Otten earned his 100th victory for his 14-year career with the Red Raiders.

The Red Raiders, ranked 13th in the NAIA preseason, are 1-1 on the season while seventh ranked Morningside improves to 2-0.

Kickoff slated for 7 p.m. on Korver Field at De Valois Stadium. The Red Raiders shut out Dordt last weekend, 42-0, and are ranked 13th in the NAIA preseason poll. Morningside knocked off Dakota Wesleyan, 31-7, in Sioux City last week and is ranked seventh in the preseason poll.
Sep 8	Northwestern Opens Season With 42-0 Win Over Dordt The Northwestern College football team defeated Dordt College, 42-0, in front of a packed house in Sioux Center, Iowa Saturday night. It was the season opener for both teams and the first game between the two rivals in what is being called "The Battle for the Tractor" series.
