The eighth annual GPAC Preseason Football Media Day has been set for Monday, August 6, in South Sioux City, Neb., at the Marina Inn. Beginning at 1:00 pm, the GPAC football coaches will address the media with their 2007 preview followed by a brief question and answer period. The day will conclude with the release of the 2007 GPAC preseason poll.
The Red Raiders return several starters from a 2006 team which capped off an 11-2 campaign and a berth in the NAIA Football Championship Series. NWC defeated Black Hills State in the opening round but fell to #4 Missouri Valley in the quarterfinals.
